| 摘 要： | 动员型虚拟企业通过对民用、军工企业核心竞争力的整合,能在较短时间内高质量完成动员生产任务。构建动员型虚拟企业符合新时期国民经济动员的要求,是敏捷动员的具体组织实现形式。文章从理论上剖析了构建动员型虚拟企业的动机、目的、条件以及构建过程等几个主要问题,对构建动员型虚拟企业具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Mobilized virtual corporation combines the core competitiveness of civil and military enterprises, and is able to complete production tasks in high quality within a relatively short time. The establishment of a mobilized virtual corporation meets the demands of national economy mobilization in a new era, and is a form of realization of flexible mobilization. The essay offers a theoretical analysis of the establishment of a mobilized virtual corporation in light of the issues of motive, purpose, condition and process, and is intended to serve as a reference for the relevant discussion. |
