| 摘 要： | 清末民初研究中国国民性问题的"新国民"思潮,随着时代的发展而大体分为三个层次.第一层次以梁启超的"新民说"与严复的"三民说"为代表,注重提高国民的整体素质.第二层次以孙中山的国民心理建设为主.第三层次以新文化运动先锋解放国民主体意识为主.
