企业信息化管理评价指标的建立及在银行业的实证研究

本文在探讨国外关于企业信息化发展阶段理论模型及其评价指标——IT成熟度测度方法基础上,总结出IT成熟的企业具有的规律性的特征。本文参照国外测量企业信息化发展阶段的实证研究方法,建立了适合我国企业特别是银行业IT成熟度的测量指标。通过对上海市银行业进行的实证研究,测定目前上海市银行业整体IT成熟度,并对不同类型的银行加以比较分析,供学术界和银行业界参考。

IT Maturity Indicators and Empirical Study in Banking Industry of Shanghai

This article summarizes the stage hypothesis models by Nolan and other scholars in order to find out the characteristics shared by IT-matured companies, and then the paper describes these characteristics in details, and then explores the IT-maturity measur- ing methods and indicators used by scholars after a broad literature review on IT and IS management issues. Based on these findings and measuring methods towards IT-maturity, the paper developes indi- cators to measure the level of IT-maturity fitted to Chinese present situations, especially in banking industry. Empirical studies including the face-to-face interviews and questionnaire studies were conducted to find out the level of IT-maturity in banking industry of Shanghai. Then the paper compares the differences of IT-maturity level among different types of banks, including the stated-owned banks, share holding banks and civil banks. Both conclusions and suggestions are given to the banking industry in China.
