| 摘 要： | 从以人为本的教育理念和以能力培养为核心的实验教学观念角度，探讨了金属材料工程专业实验教学模式改革，即根据学生思维发展的规律和学生的个体差异，结合专业特点，循序渐进地设置专业基础课实验、专业综合性实验以及设计性、研究型实验等三个层次的实验模式，注重培养学生的综合素质，强化优势智能，发展弱势智能，并充分发挥学生的个性。
