| 摘 要： | 信息资源已成为国家战略资源。科技信息资源在促进科技进步及科技成果转化为生产力的过程中更具有不可替代的重要作用。对科技信息促进社会生产力发展,推动企业科技进步,全面提高企业经济效益等几个方面进行探讨,进而阐明科技信息的重要地位和作用。
