| 摘 要： | 人是三重生命的统一体，即生物生命、精神生命、社会生命的统一。美是人的生命活力的表现。体育对人的生命之美有极大的激发和促成作用。体育通过各种运动形式对人的三重生命进行激发和磨练，增强了人的生命力。而人的三重生命的充分发展必然会表现出生命的美的光辉，最终走向人的全面发展。
