| 摘 要： | 十月革命胜利后,列宁积累的共产党执政方式科学化的历史经验主要有:俄共(布)是处于领导地位的执政党,必须坚持党在社会政治生活中的执政地位和领导作用;俄共(布)是执政党又是建设党,经济建设是党的首要的根本的任务,要按生产力发展的要求加强执政党的建设、改进执政党的领导方式和领导方法;要明确党和政府的职能,实行党政分开;加强社会主义法治建设,依法执政。

| Abstract: | After the October Revolution victory,Lenin accumulates the communist party being in power way scientific style historical experience mainly has: Russia altogether(cloth) is in the leading positions the incumbent party,must persist party's in social politics life ruling status and the leading role;Russia altogether(cloth) is the incumbent party also constructs the party,the economic development is party's most important basic duty,must according to the productive forces development request enhancement incumbent party's construction,the improvement incumbent party's leadership way and the leadership method;Must be clear about the party and government's function,practices the party politics to separate;The enhancement socialism government by law construction,is in power legally. |
