高校教学质量文化的层次结构和建设原则探析

摘    要:高校教学质量文化是指高校在长期的教育教学与管理过程中积淀而成的,以教学质量为核心的各种办学理念、价值观念、管理思想、群体意识、行为模式、制度规范、道德准则、教风学风和物质环境等的集合,依靠文化的力量加强教学质量建设已是大势所趋。按照由内到外、由里及表的变化规律,将高校教学质量文化的结构分解为物质行为层、组织制度层和精神道德层三个层次,并对其内涵和构成要素进行了详细分析;进而提出了教学质量文化建设的七大原则——人本化原则、全面性原则、整体性原则、持续性原则、创新性原则、熏陶性原则和示范性原则。

Abstract:College teaching quality culture refers to the integration of all kinds of educational philosophy, values, management thoughts, group consciousness, behavior patterns, rules and norms, moral standards, academic atmosphere and physical environment. Focusing on the teaching quality, the college teaching quality culture comes into being during the long-term education and management, and has become a recognized approach to strengthen the teaching quality. According to the inside-out changing law, the college teaching quality culture consists of three levels, the material and behavioral level, the organizational and systematic level, and the spiritual and moral level. Seven principles for the construction of college teaching quality cultural system are proposed, namely humanistic principle, comprehensive principle, over-all principle, sustainable principle, innovative principle, edifying principle and exemplary principle.
