城市控制性单元规划比较研究与探讨

城市控制性单元规划作为衔接城市总体规划和控制性详细规划的重要手段,在我国城市规划业内越来越受到关注。通过对上海、广州、南京、合肥和武汉五个城市的相关规划的比较研究,探讨类似规划在地位和作用、单元划分以及控制内容等方面的异同,提出加强城市总体规划和控制性详细规划衔接的新机制———城市控制性单元规划;在此基础上,对城市控制性单元规划的编制做进一步的探讨。

Comparative Study of Urban Controlling Unit Planning

In recent years,more and more urban planners take sustained attentions to urban controlling unit planning,which is regarded as an important convergence means of urban master planning and regulatory planning.Based on the comparative study of relative plannings of the cities including Shanghai,Guangzhou,Nanjing,Hefei and Wuhan,the similarities and differences of these plannings are summarized in terms of their status,significance,unit division and control content.The urban controlling unit planning,a new mechanism to strengthen the integration of urban master planning and regulatory planning,is proposed.And a study on the compiling of urban controlling unit planning is made.
