| 摘 要： | 爱默生的超验主义和中国禅宗在对“自我”的探索方面存在诸多契合与相通之处。在承认和张扬个体“自我”的基础上，二者都认为，人们通过依赖自己、依赖直觉、回归自然和活在当下等途径即可获得“自我”的圆满，但由于其在终极目标上的差异，二者在“自我”的归宿问题上最终分道扬镳。

| Abstract: | Emerson＇s Transcendentalism and Chinese Zen Buddhism have close affinities in their views on ＂self＂. They both believe that self-cultivation can be consummated by relying on oneself and intuition, returning to nature as well as living at present while recognizing and emphasizing the value of one＇s ＂self＂. However, they eventually depart from each other because of their different goals for the final destinations ofself . |
