| 摘 要： | 论述了目前全日制专业学位硕士研究生培养中存在的主要问题,阐述了通过完善激励机制、加强导师队伍建设、进行课程体系的改革、完善学位论文管理制度及建立产学研合作的培养制度等措施,全面提高全日制专业学位硕士研究生的培养质量。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the main problems in the cultivation of full-time professional graduates.It expounds that the cultivation quality of full-time professional graduates should be improved by means of implementing the incentive mechanism,strengthening the construction of tutor team,reforming the course system,improving the dissertation management system and establishing the university-industry cooperative cultivation system. |
