| 摘 要： | 人们已经意识到了和谐水文化的重要性,和谐水文化已经被人们提到了全新的高度。水的自然环境是水文化环境的基础,水的文化环境为改善和美化水的自然环境提供了精神动力和智力支持。只有在科学发展观的指导下,从自然环境与文化环境两方面同时着力建设,才能建立真正的和谐水文化。

| Abstract: | The people have already realized the harmonious water culture importance, the harmonious water culture was already mentioned by the people the quite high altitude. The water natural environment is the water culture environment foundation, the water cultural environment provides for the improvement and the beautified water natural environment Energetic power and intelligence support. Only then in under the water conservation science instruction, simultaneously exerts oneself the construction from the natural environment and the cultural environment two aspects, can establish the genuine harmonious water culture. |
