日本沼虾和南美白对虾免疫因子的比较研究

摘    要:对日本沼虾和南美白对虾的5种免疫因子进行了分析比较.分别测定了肌肉组织中的溶菌酶和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD);血清中的过氧化物酶(POD)、酸性磷酸酶(ACP)和碱性磷酸酶(ALP)活性.结果表明,日本沼虾的SOD和POD活性高于南美白对虾,而南美白对虾的溶菌酶、ACP和ALP活性高于日本沼虾,两种虾中酸性磷酸酶活性均高于碱性磷酸酶活性.

Abstract:Five immunological factors including bacteriolytic (UL) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities in muscle tissue, and peroxidase (POD), acid phosphatase (ACP) and alkaline phosphatase (ALP) activities in blood serum of Macrobrnahium Nipponese and Penaeus vannmei are analyzed. The result shows the activities of SOD and POD in Macrobrnahium Nipponese are higher than that of Penaeus vannmei.The activities of UL, ACP and ALP in Penaeus vannmei are higher than that of Macrobrnahium Nipponese. In these two shrimps, the activity of ACP is higher than that of ALP.
