| Abstract: | The issue of disadvantaged groups has become prominent in the period of socio-economic transformation in China today,but the problem of disadvantaged labour groups should merit more attention.As this problem is largely attributable to the social factors that can be transformed,it has much relevance to social progress and development.Thus,it is necessary to resolve this problem by all means in light of its characteristics and contributing factors. |
