党群关系、社会资本与村民自治绩效

从村民感知的视角，对浙江省的杭州、温州、衢州、嘉兴、金华等5个市的40个村进行调查，数据表明，村民对社会资本的满意度最高，对村民自治绩效的满意次之，对党群关系的满意度较低。研究发现，在农村中和谐的党群关系是一种社会资本，这种社会资本对村民自治绩效有显著影响。研究认为，通过构建和谐的农村党群关系，可以提升农村的社会资本，进而提高村民自治绩效。

CPC-Mass Relationship, Social Capital and Autonomous Performance of Villagers

From a perspective of perception of villagers, this article surveyed the CPC-Mass relationship, social capital and autonomous performance of villagers in Hangzhou, Wenzhou, Quzhou, Jiaxing and Jinhua in Zhejiang province. The data indicates that the villagers are more satisfied with social capital, and then autonomous performance of villagers takes the second place, and CPC-Mass relationship comes the last. The study finds that harmonious CPC-Mass relationship is a kind of social capital which could benefit the autonomous performance of villagers. The study suggests that building a harmonious CPC-Mass relationship to enhance social capital could promote the autonomous performance of villagers.
