消费者食品安全感知、监管满意度与支付意愿

摘    要:通过对上海等地消费者的调查,测度了其对我国当前食品安全状况的感知、对食品安全监管的信任度与满意度,并通过支付意愿了解其对食品安全的诉求强度。研究认为,消费者对我国目前的食品安全存在一定程度的担忧,对监管的满意度与信任度有待进一步提高,并且认为目前监管存在的最大问题在于监管者压力不足导致的执行乏力。消费者对食品安全具有显著的诉求,诉求的强度与食品安全感知和政策信任度有关。

Abstract:The perception and supervision satisfaction of consumers is one of the starting points of food safety polices. This paper estimates the perception, supervision satisfaction and confidence of consumers in Shanghai and other areas, and finds the degree of food safety demand of consumers. The conclusion is that consumers have worries about the food safety to some degree and the supervision satisfaction and confidence must be improved. And the first important problem of supervision is the weak enforcement because of less pressure. Then, it finds that consumers have significant demand on food safety and the degree of demand have relation to the perception of food safety and the trust in polices.
