农业机械化与区域经济发展的协调性评价

摘    要:农业机械化与区域经济发展互促共进,但两者的关系在不同阶段、区域表现出不同的模式与特点。应用改进了的隶属度函数协调度模型和耦合协调度模型,对1995年以来中国农业机械化与区域经济发展协调性的时空分布进行了分析。结果显示:从时间上看,1995—2010年中国农业机械化与经济发展的整体协调性较好,但波动性明显,表现为4个明显的阶段,即1996—1997年为基本不协调发展时期,1998—2001年为基本协调发展时期,2002—2004年又处于基本不协调发展时期,2005—2010年再次处于基本协调发展时期。两系统发展不协调的主要原因是农业机械化的发展速度慢于经济的发展速度。从空间上看,中国各省区农业机械化与区域经济发展的协调性存在明显的地带性差异。2010年,东部沿海地区的协调发展度高于中部地区,中部地区又明显高于西部地区,呈现出东、中、西递减的态势。

Abstract:Agricultural mechanization and regional economic development interacts. The relationship between them shows different models and characteristics at different phases and regions. Modified membership function coordination degree model and coupling harmony model are applied to evaluate the coordination between agricultural mechanization and regional economic development from 1995 to 2010 in this paper. The results show that: firstly, the coordination degree between Chinese agricultural mechanization and economic development is at a high level, but it also fluctuates obviously. There exists four stages of the coordination from 1996 to 1997, from 1998 to 2001, from 2002 to 2004 and from 2005 to 2010, in which the first and the third are harmonious periods, while the second and the fourth are uncoordinated periods. The main reason for this relationship is that the speed of agricultural mechanization is slower than the speed of economic development. Next, there exists belt differences of the spatial distributions of the coordination degrees in 2010. The harmony of East China is better than that of Central China, and Central China is better than Western China.
