农民工工资变化的宏观影响因素研究（1986~2010年）

分析了影响农民工工资变化的宏观因素，发现中低层管理人员与规模较大企业的工资优势随时间段靠近而减弱，城镇居民消费水平逐年增加与农民工平均受教育水平的逐年缓慢增加，均对农民工的收入产生显著正向影响，同时，却降低了管理人员、在私企、外资或合资企业、规模越大的企业工作的农民工的收入回报，缩小了农民工群体内部的工资差异。认为对农民工工资的研究中，个体层次的影响因素均比较稳定，为了更全面地理解农民工工资的变化，将来的研究应该更加关注宏观层次解释变量的作用。

Preliminary Exploration of Macro-affecting Factors On Peasant-workers Income Changes (1986-2010)

This paper analyzes the macro-affecting factors of peasant-workers' income and reveals that the wage advantage of low-level managers and the workers in large enterprises diminished over time; while the rising of consumption level of urban residents and the average education of peasant-workers has significant positive impacts on workers' incomes. However, the two variables reduce the income return of the management employers, who worked in private, foreign or joint ventures, or large companies. And the two variables narrow the wage differences of the migrant workers. This paper argues that individual-level factors are relatively stable in the study of peasant-workers. In order to fully understand the income changes of peasant-workers, we should pay more attention to the role of macro-level explanatory variables in the future.
