对内蒙古自治区大调解机制运行情况的调查与思考

以调解为手段解决民间纠纷是我国司法的优良传统，在我国社会文明进步的发展进程中发挥了巨大作用。如何有效解决凸显的社会矛盾，是现今理论探讨和司法实践面临的重要课题，更是有效化解纠纷、构建和谐社会的重要途径。内蒙古自治区已建立起社会矛盾纠纷大调解组织网络，大调解原则的确立取得良好的社会效果。内蒙古大调解机制的建设是适应解决转型期社会矛盾纠纷的需要而产生的，但仍需对一些问题进行完善。
