| 摘 要： | 随着大学生村官计划的全面展开和政策的不断完善，越来越多的大学生选择到农村任职，为致富农民、建设社会主义新农村作出了很大的贡献。但也有一部分大学生村官因为各种各样的问题消极待岗，选择离开，有的表现不好被解聘。从思想政治建设的角度入手，分析导致大学生村官待不住、干不好的原因，提出了加强大学生村官思想政治建设的对策。
