论“信息断裂”与弱势群体的边缘化（下）

以“信息断裂”与弱势群体的边缘化为研究对象,采用社会学的研究方法,揭示出在我国以大众传播为核心的社会性信息传播活动中,弱势群体由于得不到应有的信息传播资源和条件,丧失了在社会发展中的基本话语权,因而同社会主流阶层之间形成了明显的“信息断裂”。分析认为,弱势群体因此遭遇不同形式的社会排斥,在社会发展的大小问题上缺乏甚至完全没有他们的声音,因而他们被不断地边缘化,成为引发社会不稳定的一个不可忽视的因素。在此基础上,提出“信息断裂”与弱势群体的边缘化是社会发展难以回避的问题,应当得到足够的重视。

Information Crack and Marginalization of the Weak ( Ⅱ )

This paper adopts the research method of sociology to analyze information crack and the marginalization of the weak.In domestic information communication where mass media play a central role,the weak lose their basic right of speaking as a result of their loss of information resources and conditions.In consequence,there comes information crack between them and the main stream.As is shown in the analysis,the weak suffer social repulsion of different kinds,and they hardly have their own voice in all kinds of issues concerning social development.Their constant marginalization has become an important factor that will influence social stability.In this sense,as an inevitable problem of social development,information crack and the marginalization of the weak should receive due and sufficient attention.
