摘 要: | 高等教育自学考试是1981年经国务院批准创立的个人自学、社会助学和国家考试相结合的高等教育考试制度,是我国社会主义高等教育体系的重要组成部分。本文对高等教育自学考试制度的创立历史进行了回顾,介绍了天津市的主要经验和新时期的主要工作成就,并结合《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020)》对自学考试未来的内涵发展模式进行了展望。

The Historical Review and Discussion on Connotative Development---With Self-taught Examination in Tianjin as an Example |

Abstract: | Self-taught examination founded by the State Council is the higher education form composed of self-taught, social as-sistant and national examination, which is an important part of national educational system. This work reviews the history of self-taught examination. The key experiences and achievements of self-taught examination in the new period in Tianjin are intro-duced. Furthermore, the connotative development trends and the prospects of the self-taught examination are also discussed, which are related to The Outline of the National Medium-and-Long-term Program for Education Reform and Development. |
