| 摘 要： | 实现经济增长方式从粗放型向集约型转变，是“九五”计划的关键问题、核心问题。宁波市经济增长方式根本转变应以转变发展思路为前提，转变对领导干部、经济主管部门和企业的考核方式为突破口，搞好企业机制、投资结构和经济发展支撑点的转变，切实做到宁波市在经济增长方式根本转变上有新的建树。

| Abstract: | The key or core of the 9th National Five-year Plan is to transform ways of economic increase from being estensive to be intensive. On the premise of changing the trend of development, a remarkable transformation of the ways of economic increase in Ningbo can be started from changing the methods to check on officals and departments responsible for economy and enterprises. If such a transformation comes true, enterprise systems, investmetn structure and the basis of economic development may be improved, so that new achievements are made in our changing the ways of economic increase in Ningbo. |
