| 摘 要： | 世界各国或地区采用不同的经济和社会政策以应对失业这一全球性问题。在知识经济和信息社会时代 ,随着产业结构的调整 ,就业类型和工作方式在不断变化 ,它要求社会保持一支富有弹性、在数量上可调整的、并且易于流动的劳动力大军。终生教育是使劳动者在劳动力市场上始终具有竞争能力的重要途径。经济形式的多元化 ,更需要社会一体化 ,政府的调控政策在解决就业问题中发挥着重要作用

| Abstract: | Different countries and regions in the world take different approaches to cope with the global problem of unemployment. With the progress of knowledge economy and continuing economic restructuring, job patterns and characteristics change accordingly. Flexibility, mobility and adjustability are the basic requirements of the new labour market. Life long education is the main means to make labour force employable. Government employment policies should play an important role in solving the unemployment problem. |
