青藏高原的城市化与可持续发展

本文认为,鉴于青藏高原地区落后的发展水平及特殊的生态地位,一方面要加快推进城市化,促进该区域经济社会快速发展;另一方面,要用可持续发展原则指导和推进城市化,使城市化与城市经济发展水平、社会发展水平、资源环境的承载能力等方面保持动态平衡,实现城市经济、社会、资源、环境的协调发展,走可持续发展的城市化道路。

The Urbanization in Qing- Zang Highland and the Sustained Development

In this article,the author holds,i n view of the backward development standard and special ecological statu s in Qing -Zang highland,we should speed up urbaniz ation and promote the high -speed development of economy in this area.On t he other hand,keep up the ecological balance in the econ omic development standard,social d evelopment standard and the carryin g capacity of resource environment of the urbanization and city,and carry out the harmonious development of city economy,social,r esource and environment.
