| 摘 要： | 良好的师生关系对于教育教学活动、学生和教师的发展都有重要的意义。理想的师生关系包括良好的组织关系、良好的情感关系和良好的工作关系等。教师在良好师生关系的建立过程中起关键作用，应拥有丰富的智慧和灵活的手段，付出师爱。同时，在此过程中，学校也应创造和谐的校园环境，学生更要学会感恩。
