| 摘 要： | 公民政治参与是实现公民政治权利的重要体现,也是一个国家现代化进程中民主的重要标志之一。公民的政治参与从巩固现有的政治秩序、实现社会主义民主、巩固共同的价值理念角度加强了党执政的合法性,有利于巩固党的执政地位。

| Abstract: | The citizen political participation importantly embodies the citizen political rights.It is one of the important symbols of democracy in a national modernization advancement.The citizen political participation strengthens the legitimacy of the party being in power from consolidating existing political order,realizing socialist democracy,enhancing the common value idea.It is advantageous to consolidate party's ruling status. |
