| 摘 要： | 中西律师制度有着不同的历史发展脉络,西方律师制度已经逐渐完善,中国的律师制度在一定程度上还存在误解与排斥。中西地理环境与生产发展水平的不同,造就了不同的律师需求环境;迥然有别的宗教和伦理观念,塑造了不同的民族性格,形成了不同的纠纷解决模式,也形成了人们对律师制度认知的不同心理。

| Abstract: | Chinese and Western lawyers have a different historical development of the system context,the Western lawyer system has been gradually improved,Chinese lawyer system to a certain extent,there is misunderstanding and rejection.However,one reason is that Chinese and Western geographical environment and production of different levels of development,creating a different lawyers demand environment;is utterly different religious and ethical values,to shape a different national character,forming a different mode of dispute resolution,resulting in People of different lawyer system of cognitive psychology. |
