| 摘 要： | 本文在分析俄语法律文本特征的基础上,提出俄文法律文本翻译的原则,译文必须在法律内涵上和原文保持一致,并且符合法律语言的特征和目标文本的语言习惯,对复杂长句的翻译技巧进行了研究。
