旅行社网络营销的策略初探

摘    要:随着Internet技术的发展,网络营销将成为一种全新的营销方式。分析了营销网络的优势和存在的问题,探讨了网络在旅游营销中的功能,认为网络营销有利于推广企业形象、收集市场信息、为客户提供完善的客户服务、为参与日常的商务活动提供方便。在此基础上提出了建立旅行社网络营销的具体策略。

Abstract:With the development of Internet technology, on-line management and sales will be a brand new way of management and sales. The advantages and problems of on-line management and sales are analyzed with discussions made on the function of network in tourism management and sales. It is demonstrated that on-line management and sales are good for the popularization of enterprises' images, the collection of market information, the provision of superb services for the customers and the participation of daily business activities. Besides, concrete measures are put forward for the establishment of on-line management and sales mechanism for travel agencies.
