发展非公有制经济原因的不同思考

十六大报告在发展非公有制经济方面的论述触及到了一些根本的理论问题,比如为什么要发展非公有制经济。针对目前几种不同的论证方法,文章提出了不同的观点:发展非公有制经济不能离开我国的生产力状况,也不能仅从某一侧面论证;市场经济的发展需要发展非公有制经济,但市场经济的发展并不是非公有制经济存在的原因;应从生产力的状况和生产力发展的要求出发,考虑需要与可能来论证非公有制经济的存在。

Different thoughts on cause of developing non- public ownership economy

In the report of the sixteenth representative conference the demonstrations on developing non-public ownership economy touch on some fundamental theory problems.For example, why must we develop non-public ownership economy? There are kinds of different demonstration methods about this at present. The author does not agree with these existing demonstration methods: Developing non-public ownership economy should depend on our productivity condition, but it can not be demonstrated only from one aspect; the development of market economy needs developing non-public ownership economy. We should consider the need and potential in demonstrating the existence of non-public ownership economy according to productivity condition and its development need.
