| 摘 要： | 本文在对WTO与GATT的内容、范围 、体制和职能进行比较的基础上，从关税减让、金融服务准入、产业竞争基础等方面论述了 我国低谷切入WTO的合理性。同时，本文还回答了入世与我国产业发展、市场机制完善、国 内需求不足、人员下岗分流之间的关系问题，并由此指出我国的入世准备尚有缺陷，亟待进 一步解决。

| Abstract: | On the basis of compara tion contents,fields,system and functions between WTO and GATT,the article expla ins the reasons why China will enter WTO at a economic low ebb in terms of tariff reduction,entering of financial service,the foundation of industrial com petition,and so on.At the same time,the article answers the questions about the industrial development,perfection of market system,insufficiency of domestic dem and,and the laid off of employees in China,and thus points out the drawbacks of preparation for entering WTO,which should be further coped with. |
