| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会是以劳动者为主体的和谐社会,全面实现人劳动的自主性和自觉性,是构建社会主义和谐劳动关系的核心环节。劳动和实现劳动的价值是劳动者的天赋权利,谁有劳动能力,谁就有义务工作。让和谐社会接纳更多热情工作的劳动者,是国家的重要职责。

| Abstract: | The harmonious socialist society is one with the laborers as the main force.The full realization of the laborers'autonomy is the key to constructing a harmonious labor relation of socialism.Labor and its value are the endowed right of the laborer.Those who are able to work have the obligation to work.A harmonious society should accept more enthusiastic workers,which is also the government's main duty. |
