| Abstract: | This paper expounds the main ideas of the New Public Administration Movement that plays an important role in improving the public management of Western countries. By an analysis of the main problems arising from internal administrative mechanisms of colleges and universities marked as public institutions, it proposes the specific measures for perfecting the internal management of colleges by application of the ideas of the New Public Administration. |
