| Abstract: | With the development of advanced education and information technologies, university library not only acts as an information center, but also plays a key role of character education for college students. It is necessary and important that university library should take the responsibility for student' character education, and the four functions possessed by university libraries are also proposed. Moreover, the specified measures taken for developing character education are given in detail. |
