抗战时期中间势力宪政思想与孙中山五权宪法思想比较

随着中国民主革命的发展,孙中山先生的五权宪法思想逐渐被人们所认识和接受。到了抗日战争时期,中间势力提出了一系列的民主宪政思想。本文拟将其与孙中山五权宪法思想作一比较研究,明确二者之间继承与发展的关系,从而深入理解这两种处于不同历史时期的资产阶级民主宪政思想。

Comparison of the Thought of Constitutional Government of the Middle-force during the Period of Anti-Japanese War with the Five-power Constitution Thought of Sun Yat-sen

With the development of China's democratic revolution,the five-power constitution thought of Mr.Sun Yat-sen is known and accepted by people gradually.During the Anti-Japanese War period,the middle force proposed a series of democratic thoughts of constitutional government.Comparing the five-power constitution thought of Sun Yat-sen,with the thought of constifutional government of the middle-force,this paper defines the relation inherited and developed between the two kinds of thoughts in different historical period,so as to understand them thoroughly.
