| 摘 要： | 在工业文明高度发达的今天，世界正处于风险社会之中。科技在推动社会发展的同时，也产生了一系列负面效应。科技风险作为风险社会中的重要风险源之一，使得科技人员在风险社会中的地位显得尤为突出与重要，部分科技人员的道德失范加剧了科技风险。为了减少科技风险，使科学技术向造福世界的健康方向发展，有必要加强风险社会视角下的科技人员道德建设。

| Abstract: | With its industry civilization highly developed, the world is converted into a risk society. While promoting social development, science and technology also brings about a lot of negative effects. As one of the vital risk sources, the risk of science and technology significantly profiles the position of scientists and technicians. The moral misconduct of some of them worsens the risk, the decrease and removal of which requires strengthened moral construction of scientists and technicians. |
