| 摘 要： | 尽管中国农产品加工业在短时间内全面赶上发达国家是不可能的,但是实施跨越式发展战略既是必要的,又是可能的。通过对中国农产品加工业跨越式发展的紧迫性和可行性分析,提出实现农产品加工业的跨越式发展,必须要进行科技创新、制度创新和组织创新,这对中国农产品加工业的可持续发展具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | It is impossible that China's processing industry for agricultural products catch up with the pace of the developed countries in the short-trem.But the stride-development is essential and possible in some fields and some stages,which depends on implementing the strategy of the stride-development.The paper analyzes the urgency and feasibility of the stride-development and puts forward the suggestion.The technical innovation,institutional innovation and organizational innovation should be carried out in order to realize the stride-development for China's processing industry of agricalture. |
