A Study of Sipiheizhe, An Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Hani Nationality

Sipiheizhe with a history of one thousand years is a religious document of the Hani nationality and is passed down orally from generation to generation among Mopis(Hani religious preachers) and recited at funerals.It embodies the connotations of primitive religions like nature-worship,poly-God worship and ancestry worship.It also covers and reveals many aspects of Hani society and life,especially their spiritual,material and daily life.Thus,it is an encyclopedia,an important intangible cultural heritage and the Revelation of the Hani nationality.
