| 摘 要： | 随着科技的进步和社会的发展,科技的自主创新已日益受到各国的广泛关注.通过对日本科技转向的分析提出了自主创新,并在分析我国实施自主创新战略必要性和可行性的基础上提出了相应的建设性建议,进而指出"自主创新"是我国在新世纪的强国之策.
