| 摘 要： | 在分析港口投资分类及特点的基础上,指出使用传统的净现值等方法对投资进行评价无法全面分析各种因素的影响,很可能出现一些局限或错误的结论,实物期权法能更好地应对不确定性对项目建设的影响,对港口建设项目能作出更好的评价。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of classification and characteristics of port construction investment,the paper pointed out that using tradition ways(for example NPV) on the investment appraisal couldn't comprehensively analyze all factor's influence and usually caused some limitations and errors,and the real option method could be supposed to adapt better the influence of uncertainty on the project construction,so as to make a better appraisal for the port construction project. |
