| 摘 要： | 实施高校思想政治理论课新课程方案,必须坚持“以人为本”,以学生全面、充分发展为目标。在教育教学活动中,应突出学生的主体地位,构建良好的师生关系,努力提高教学质量。注重从理念创新与实践创新,倡导以人为本,不断提高思想政治理论课教学效果。
