| 摘 要： | 全面深刻理解“发展是党执政兴国的第一要务”的论断,应把握发展是“三个代表”重要思想的主题、马克思主义执政党必须高度重视解放和发展生产力、发展体现社会主义优越性的要求、发展是贯穿社会主义初级阶段整个过程的主题、坚持用发展的办法解决前进中的问题是改革开放以来的重要经验这五个方面。

| Abstract: | To understand totally the conclusion " Development is the most important affair for the Party to make our country prosperous" , we should master five aspects that development is the subject of the important ideology of "Three Represents" ; that Marxist executive party should pay high attention to liberating and developing the productivity ; that development represents the requirements of socialist priority; that development is the subject running through the whole process of socialist primary period; that it is the important experience after the innovation and opening to the outside to solve the problems in advancing process with development . |
