| 摘 要： | 通过对法律信仰与和谐理念的分析,对和谐理念给予一种历史的、坐标性的价值定位,认为法律信仰是建构和谐社会的应有之义,法律信仰危机是导致社会不和谐的重要原因之一。针对中国社会的现状,分析法律信仰对于建构和谐社会的必要性,指出和谐社会中法律信仰建构的根本途径是呼唤德性的回归。
