论高校反腐倡廉建设创新

针对＂腐败落势化＂＂高校多发态势＂等一系列新问题,高校反腐倡廉建设应该转变理念,改革方法,提出创新性举措。从3个方面探讨高校反腐倡廉建设的理念创新：教育对象全员化,即行政人员、教师、学生三位一体的廉政教育;教育功能基础化,把廉政教育当做基础性教育;教育方式体系化,从零散教育转向系统性教育。并指出高校反腐倡廉建设的创新举措：建立健全制度体系、内容体系、载体体系、形式体系、机制体系、研究体系,增强教育的规范性、针对性、实效性、参与性、活力性、规律性。
