| 摘 要： | 制度的德性包括制度本身的德性和制度中人的德性两个层面。制度本身的德性 ,是指制度本身所蕴涵的道德追求和道德理想是否与人类活动根本目的的一致性和制度结构本身所体现的伦理品性。制度中人的德性 ,是指政府制度行为主体的德性。道德上公正合理的制度 ,是市场经济有效运作的根本保证。

| Abstract: | The moral integrity of system includes two aspects, the moral integrity of system itself and the moral integrity of men in system. The moral integrity of system itself means if the seek and ideal of moral have the same aim with man's activity and the ethics character of system itself. The man's moral integrity in system means the main moral integrity of government system. Rational system is the assurance of functioning in the merket-oriented economy. |
