| Abstract: | The paper aims to show that civil society is the social structural fundament of market economy in the western countries through analysis of the origin of the civil society,its development and its relationships with market economy;also it is an unavoidable issue in the process of improving and developing socialist market economy.The essential features of socialist civil society are explored here. |
