摘    要:澳大利亚高等教育评估是随着高等教育的大众化、高等教育的国际化以及高等教育的市场需求而产生的。为了确保高等教育的质量,提高国际竞争力和满足社会现实需求,澳大利亚高等教育评估在旧体系的基础上进行了革新。在原有法律保障、内外结合、高校自愿参与以及评估报告公开的基础上设立了专门的评估机构,注重高校目标、成就的一致性,并强调多样性与标准化并存。

A Comparison between the Old and the New Quality Evaluation System of Australian Higher Education

Abstract:The quality evaluation system of Australian higher education came into being with the popularization, the globalization and the marketization of higher education. In order to ensure the higher education quality, improve its competitiveness in the international market and meet the needs of the society, the Australian higher education quality evaluation system has been innovated. It retains the legal safeguard, combination of internal and external evaluation, voluntary participation, and publication of the evaluation results in the old system and, at the same time, lays stress on the consistence of the goal and the result and the co-existence of diversity and standardization.
