| Abstract: | Capital fund is a necessary condition for carrying on the activities of production and management by enterprises. Presently the serious shortage of capital fund has become a perplexing problem for enterprises to carry on their production and management. Establishing a new mode of capital fund supervision that is suitable for the development of market economy and appropriate for the special feature of enter prises is the crux for solving the problem of serious shortage of capital fund. |
