| 摘 要： | 从权威结构的角度研究中国的国有企业,可以看出国家和政府在国企权威结构中所具有的重要地位与作用。剖析国企内部的权威关系与结构特征,不难发现行政支配性的控制和非合理化的权威是导致国企危机的非常重要的因素。

| Abstract: | Study the state-owned enterprises of China from the angles of authoritative structures, can find the status and functions of the country and government in the authoritative structure of the state-owned enterprises firstly, then analyzed authoritative relation and structure characteristic inside the state-owned enterprises, not difficult to find that the overriding control of the administration and non-rationalized authority are very important factors which causes the crisis of state-owned enterprise. |
